: Elisabetta was a wonderful host. Although check-in is normally at 15:00 we were able to check in a few hours earlier. We communicated via text message the morning of our arrival (we were arriving to Rome by train from Civitavecchia) to narrow down our arrival time and she was able to accommodate our early arrival time. During our stay we texted her and asked her to arrange a taxi for the morning of our departure and everything worked out perfectly. The apartment is nicely appointed and very clean. The location of the apartment is fabulous. It is near most of the major sites we wanted to see, but is on a relatively quiet street.
: We found the apartment rather humid, although I expect this is the case for many apartments in October before the heat is turned on for the winter months. The bathroom is quite small and if youre not careful you could bump into the glass shower wall. The street was very dark at night and it has uneven surfaces, so navigating back to the apartment was a little challenging. We came back to the apartment just after dark and there was no street lighting whatsoever. However, later at night there seemed to be lights. Perhaps the lighting is on a timer and was still set to summer hours? We know that Elisabetta has no control over this, but perhaps a light outside the entrance to the apartment could help a little.

: Location was excellent, very near Spanish steps and via Corso. Lovely quiet area with plenty of restaurants. The apartment was perfectly self contained, ideal for 2 people. Had all amenities for a short stay
  : Nothing

: Would be nice to add a few more kitchen tools such as wine bottle opener or different cooking tools. The maintenance during the night made quite a loud noise which made it hard to sleep at times.

: Modern and spacious apartment close to the main sites of Piazza del Popolo and Piazza Spagna.
: Poor ventilation in the bathroom and washing machine a bit old.

: Location very close to Pzza del Popollo, cafes and restaurants. Easy access, utilities in the room, good communication with the owners
: A little bit too noisy for me (not for the kids). The apartment is on groundfloor with direct access from the street. In the morning, I could hear all the noise from the street

: Amazing location very central to shops/restaurants
: Can be noisy at all hours (not the fault of the property just a coincidence from staying near a main street!)

: The location was perfect for access to the Metro Flaminia, as well as for for easy walking options to most of the sights in Rome down Via di Ripetta. For food and grocery shopping, there were several options, but our favourite was an 8 minute walk away across Piazza del Popolo, and what became our favourite caffe for coffee was 3 minutes away. Our host also organised a car to pick us up from the airport on our arrival, and it was a great ride with an aspiring FI driver to the apartment! Neighbourhood was very secure and we were amused by the way Rome organises its garbage collection and keeps the streets so clean, particularly as we had a 13 night stay.
: One must remember Rome has been around for centuries, and the way 15th C buildings are refurbished within stone walled buildings with tiled floors provides a certain stylish spartan feel. We had a few small issues initially, but they were solved our host in very quick time. For future tenants, I would advise paying the rental before arriving in Rome, as by paying on arrival as we did through the app provided by our host, we noted it had been hacked, as we began to receive bogus sms's allegedly from our bank about overdue accounts, credit card being suspended, etc. All were ignored, and never opened. We were in Italy for 6 weeks and having just arrived home in Australia, they are still trying!

: Elisabetta is a great property manager. She made everything so easy. Great location 2 minutes from Piazza Del Popolo. Have been to Rome many times and I think it's the best area to stay.
  : All was great
