  : Very good location. Close to everything. Clean and a good size bathroom with a good shower. Coffee machine with pods everyday was a bonus

  : Excellent location. Cleanliness was okay; bathroom was expected to be better but was not. Facilities in the common area were good.
  : Bed is short and feet were touching the board; would be extremely uncomfortable for a tall person. Bathroom was average and not in line with expectation.

  : Property is in a great location. 5 minutes walk to Trevi and 10 to Pantheon. Restaurants just down stairs. Booking was easy and staff very attentive.
  : The check in was a little stressful. We arrived on Sunday so had to go to another location to pick up the keys. Whilst I received an email and message on WhatsApp, I was still a little overwhelmed having just arrived. Had to leave my husband and kids with the luggage to go collect the key.We arranged a 12pm checkout. Headed out for an early breakfast and we were planning to freshen up before heading to the airport. When we got back from Breakfast at 10.50am the cleaner had already go in and moved all out luggage to the communal kitchen. Cleaner said he got approval from the owner. I message the owner and he had granted the approval despite agreeing to the 12pm checkout. Didnt appreciate our stuff being moved including handbags, jumpers, AirPods etc.

  : Communication from the hosts was excellent and check in/out was really straightforward. Location was excellent and really convenient. Facilities in the room were mostly good - e.g. the TV with Netflix etc and the wifi.
  : Would've been nice to have a balcony to sit on during the day and to eat breakfast etc. The bathroom set up was a little awkward with the sink one end of the shower and the toilet the other!

  : Great location in the heart of the historic centre. Plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Would recommend.
  : A few minor things to note. There was a smell in the bathroom which might have come from the old school plumbing, I'm not sure if there is anything that can be done about this. Because you're located in the heart of the city centre, there can be a lot of noise late into the night. This wasn't an issue for me, but if noise levels is important you could request a room facing away from the main street into the courtyard instead. I also noticed a few bugs in the bathroom on the last night of my stay, they looked quite harmless, but worth mentioning. Also, because the reception is located around 250m away from the hotel, you will need WiFi /data/minutes as a means to contact the property when you arrive. Overall, it was a fantastic stay for me.

  : Amazing location and such quirky decor. We loved walking out through the front gate every morning.
  : The shower was amazing, but the door seals didn't keep the water in the tray. Disappointed not to get fresh towels on the second day.

  : The apartment was near Pantheon on walking mile.
  : We were upgraded into Pantheon suite, two days before our arrival. When we arrive, the suite wasnt cleaned. The bathroom was in terrible condition, and the smell was horrible. In one room we couldnt open the window. We called the contact person Giuseppe and he was very rude and told us if we dont like the suite that we can leave. After the discussion, the cleaning lady cleaned the apartment.
