  : perfect location, right near St. Peters square, good transport links, lovely little street with lots of eating options. very cold air con
  : kitchen was tiny, lacked wine glasses, sharp knives, we had a few issues which the host rectified when notified. bottle of cold water on arrival would have been appreciated. uncomfortable sofa bed which solid sides sticking out

  : The location was PERFECT! Borgo Pio became my favourite street to eat and drink in Roma during our stay :)
  : Some basic things such as: sugar, tea, coffee, or even glasses to drink wine, wine opener were missing. I do appreciate when hosts prepare minimum of effort for the guests to feel like home. The kitchen and bathroom were clean - but need some small updates. Fridge was full of water. But anyways - for the price we paid it was still a good deal! :)

  : Excellent location for the Vatican. Comfortable bed. Traditional building. Great communication from staff. Very clean. Only 10 minutes walk to Metro station. Local shops selling food nearby.
  : Shower head holder does not work. Use of kettle or coffee machine trips the fuse so unable to use.

  : Location is unavailable. Just near the Vatican on charming street with lots of restaurants and supermarket around the corner.

  : The location was perfect, near the Vatican and the historical center, Borgo Pio is a picturesque street full of life. The communication with the owners was fine.
  : The apartment itself is just ok. In the pictures looks better than it actually is. Also we had a problem with our check in which it was at 15.00 but when we arrived we met at the entrance the lady who was coming to clean the apartment at that time.....finally we got in one hour later and obviously the cleaning that was done was quite superficial.

  : Beautiful little apartment, luxury finishes, amazing location.
  : Broken shower holder, tiny and mouldy bathroom, not even a bottle of water available (for the price, it seems basic), uncomfortable to climb stairs if you have big luggage or if you're not physically trained.

  : we need to carry luggage and climb up to room at first floor, is tiring especially after 24 hours traveling

  : The location was good, the room was the same as in pictures and the bed was extremely comfortable.
  : The bathroom was not very clean, and the shower only ran hot for 10 seconds then it became ice cold no matter what i did. The ceiling in the shower is very low not good for anybody over 6ft. Don't trust the map on booking.com as it places the apartment at the very opposite end of the road. I paid an additional 30 so i could check out at 12 but still got told i had to leave at 11am by the staff who where persistently ringing the door bell and banging on the door as i was trying to rush my packing which was really not good. In my experience this is poor quality for the cost. I won't stay here again unfortunately.
