  : Check-in was easy. Location was good.
  : Floor was dirty and there was a lot of dust on closet. On one day I found that a cleaner made the bed and threw my clothes, which were on the bed, on floor. She simply forgot to pick it up from floor but its absolutely unacceptable to throw clothes on floor. We could hear everything from corridor: all calls and conversations in reception-soundproofing isnt good.

  : Very good location right in the city center, beautiful entrance to the building, cozy room, easy check-in and check-out
  : The coffee machine was dirty so we couldnt drink coffee in the room, no kettle in the room, unpleasant smell in the bathroom

  : It was close to the metro, people are very helpful. Daily cleaning and restocking of foods
  : During the cleaning, the floors arent cleaned, only bed was made and foods are restocked.

  : It has a good location. Close to the train station and main roads with plenty of transportation, and pretty good restaurants close by. Good and clean rooms.
  : The hotel is located on one of the floors of a building, so other tenants are in the same building so its hard to find because it only has a small sign outside of the building. Also, the entrance was not well kept. The garbage was visible at the main entrance on the right hand side corner. The stairs to the elevator were also visibly stained. It seemed like they didnt mop in days.

  : Friendly staff, great location. Approx 15 min walk to Trevi Fountain or the Pantheon. Angelica was great in communicating instructions prior to our arrival.
  : Had to go up a flight of stairs to get to elevator. No one there to assist with luggage. Not open 24/7 but great communication to get inside.

  : Good location, near main Rome must see places! Easy access. Was possible to leave luggage if needed after the check out. In the morning we met the nice girl in check out desk, she helped with some info about city and helped to book tickets.
  : Pictures of the room in booking.com look better then in reality. Didnt have no balcony on the street side with nice view, but in the inner backyard that was very small, closed off and old an sooo close to other buildings.. didnt wanna to keep windows or balcony open. Room was very used. Also room was right next to shared kitchen so everyone who early in the morning was making something woke us up.

  : The only good of this accommodation was the location. The apartment is located next to the termini station and you are just 15 walking from Fontana.
  : First of all, once you enter the floor you are feeling like you are getting in a big house. The outdoors of the rooms are exactly the same with the bathroom s room, which means that there is no privacy and you are hearing everything as the soundproofing is really poor. However, that was not the main problem, but the fact that the room was dirty! Even though they offer every day cleaning, they did not even sweep the floor. There was dust everywhere. The sheets had stamps. The walls are extremely dirty!!!! Please have a deep cleaning in your rooms!! The last morning I found a big cockroach!!! Totally not recommend it, especially at this price (175-200/night). I am sorry.
