  : The views were great, the night we stayed there was a concert at the forum. The apartment was in good condition and clean.
  : The bed was so uncomfortable. It was two mattresses put together and one sagged terribly to the middle.

  : I liked the location. It is very close to lots of places. The view from the balcony is really nice. Also, the apartment is clean and the owner is very nice.
  : The apartment overall is not bad, but it needs renovation. The bed is broken, and the outside shutters can't be closed properly. There were other small unpleasant things that probably will catch your eye, but at the end of the day, all you need in Rome is a place to stay for a night.

  : We booked this apartment for the location, which was great. and there were some good things about the place, even though our experience was overwhelmingly negative. good things: the view of the Colosseum, the beds were comfortable, the bathroomlooked newly renovated, and the windows were very soundproof (necessary for how loud it gets with tourists pouring into the area)!
  : The owner was an uncomfortable person to deal with. he messaged incessantly about what time we were arriving, and then came late. we had quite a stressful arrival (in which my husband had to drop us off at the apartment before returning the rental ca), and in the kerfuffle, he took the cash we had taken out to pay the apartment owner. we only realized half an hour later when the man arrived, and instead of just waiting for my husband to return, letting us pay the next day or with a credit card, he marched me and my father-in-law down to an ATM and demanded we take the money out so he could leave, and stood over us yelling at us the whole time. I was shaking and nearly in tears.Also, the apartment is run-down, with old furniture in the hallway and broken furniture on the patio. the place wasnt very clean, and we couldnt wait to get out of it. I felt so bad for my parents-in-law to have such a bad experience on their only trip to Rome :(

  : The location was absolutely amazing and the manager allowed us to store our luggage there earlier than check in which was very helpful. The manager was very nice.
  : It is outdated & the beds weren't great. The kitchen table is too big for the space and there is no living room (but we knew that before renting). One room didn't have air conditioning the first night and it was hot. There was a very loud party with many people below so windows couldn't be opened. Very noisy location but that would have been okay if there was air conditioning, a working TV or fan to drown out the noise. No sleep that night, but manager did bring portable air conditioner next afternoon.
