  : For the price in Rome, its a great place to stay. The bed was pretty comfortable and the room was quiet. Im not sure about the reviews complaining about constant sirens going off or that the bed in room 2 was bad, but we thought it was all fine.
  : It was a bit disturbing when the managers sent me a picture of myself in the hallway when we came in telling us to use the correct bathroom. They were nice about it but it felt very intrusive. So be aware they are literally watching you. Also, as many others have said, the breakfast is quite bad and includes sugary processed foods with some bad quality meats and cheese in plastic wrapping (American cheese). Still worth staying there but something to be aware of.

  : The only good thing about this property is the location thats it.
  : No one is there to great you, when you arrive, the owner of the property , gives you directions over the phone and tells you how to get in to the property when I got inside the room, had a funny smell, the lights inside the room, where the very dimmed, so if you like lots of lighting in your room, this isnt the place to say because he gets very dark, especially at night, we didnt had hot water to shower or to wash her face. It was cold water. Only, the breakfast was set up the night before, so (is not fresh), there is no garbage inside the room, the bathroom is outside the room .I was very upset about the fact that the owner asked me for the $12 your city tax so many times and pushing it so much to the point that she told me to make a wire transfer to her, I was having issues getting cash from the ATM so I offered her to pay it by credit card. She told me that it Has to be done by cash, I got the money the next day and I was going to pay her the next morning, after I told her that there was no hot water, she said to me to not not pay her the city tax, I find it very strange that theres no hot water in this placemaybe to save some money on electricity i guess.. I think the owner of this place turned off the hot water at night, very inconvenient because I couldnt shower. I definitely do not recommend to stay in this place . Never again !

  : Staff were great and responsive to our needs.The room was clean and warm Bed was comfy
  : Breakfast was poor, great if you like cereal and cake . The fruit was not fresh.Yogurt was flavoured.It would have been nice to have more healthy choices.TV didn't always work great to have netflix if it worked
