  : The location is very good. Coffee and snacks are also provided. The room is clean. But the bathroom is a small. The staff provide good service, even though they haven't met each other, but they always give advice.
  : There is no nameplate indicating the hotel, the first time is very hard to find, not sure if it is.

  : We stayed here in 2018 and had a great experience however we booked it this time thinking it would be the same but we got the lowest quality room. Noisy and close to the main entrance. The rooms arent sound proof so we could hear people in the next room walking and passing by. (Room 1)There were multiple time where we heard a buzzer or a bell that was extremely loud from people who were having issues opening the doorIt was 12am so those who were sleeping were disrupted.

  : Horrible Entry/Check-In process (THIS IS NOT A HOTEL) and Misleading Photos (NONE of the photos on Bookings.Com shows the real entrance on a dirty alley, see photo) - I had limited cellphone service and since I hadn't checked in I had no Wi-Fi to receive entry codes from the REMOTE MANAGEMENT-WE NEVER SAW ANY STAFF, EVER! If the 2 employees from White Bar across the ALLEY who were connected to wifi didn't help we would not have been able to enter. Not One photo in their listing shows the entrance. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL, it's an appartment / VRBO style. The Bathroom was too cramped, you can see that in their pictures, look close. The photo I've attached is about 1 meter shy of including the appartment building's entrance.

  : Old run down building, down dirty alley, thought we were in the wrong place? Windows with no screens, il fitted doors & locks, room too small, full of mosquitoes, we got bitten several times! We had to go buy insect killer. Bathroom drain stopper stuck closed. Pipe or something leaking water in bathroom to outside wall & bathroom floor. Well, room was not ready, Avignonesi Mgr had cleaning crew take items; out of the room #1 which belonged to the other guests and placed them in common reception area. When they came back they wondered what happened to their clothing, shoes, etc, the next morning we met them & the lady said her necklace was missing? Hope she found it. Sounds like they over booked. I did asked Roberto, Mgr, if we could have room #2, it was a bit larger, he said no, already booked. He had put guests that were in our room #1 in it. They had planned to stay til Monday, I think he said? We had to relocate to another city, no more rooms available in Rome.

  : Location is perfect fab little cafe round the corner easy to get in and outNice enough rooms and cleanNote the apartment is not clearly advertised it is a door with other apartments but getting in was easy if you follow the instructions
  : Our stuff was moved out of.our room and we were locked out of the room we had been staying in.for 2 nights due to a mix up with the company they were using to book and the owner. Everything was sorted in the end
