  : The hotel is close to the Cornelia station and from the shuttle bus to the airport. Staff very friendly and helpful
  : One could hear everything from the other rooms, hallway and even the slaming door from reception.( we were located on 1st floor. )

  : Location was far from everything and sketchy neighborhood. Had to take lots of taxis and ride the often gross subway to do anything, or walk for miles, even the Vatican was well over a mile away, other sites 3-4 miles

  : I did not stay here as there were issues with the location for me but the Philippino gentleman at Reception couldn't have been nicer. He really helped and even phoned the hotel I had found which was hopefully better suited to my needs. He drew me a plan to help me get there and was a real credit to the hotel. The hotel was lovely inside.

  : The lobby is beautiful, the rooms were comfortable with good aircon. Staff were very accommodating on such short notice and even helped us extend our stay in their sister location when another accomodation canceled on us last minute
  : Could use better signage for the entrance. There is a white buzzer under the keypad next to the gate that lets you in (staff inside will let you in to the second gate)

  : We were given a large room with a walk-in separate bathroom that was almost the size of the bedroom itself. The bathroom even had a sauna. The property is very close to public transport links (bus, metro etc). Transport from and back to the airport is very close and convenient. The airport bus is 8 euros and 30 minutes long. Staff is very helpful and gave advice on how to get around town. The hotel deserves more than 7 but not quite an 8 (I'd say 7,5)
  : The towels are changed every second day instead of everyday (but you can go to reception to ask for new fresh towels if you wish). The location is generally safe (nothing happened to us) but you wouldn't feel too comfortable arriving very late at night like say midnight. There are other parts of the city that feel a bit safer.
