  : The property was really tidy, clean, and comfortable. The host was chatty and made me and my friends feel welcome. One issue that really annoyed me and my friends was that (maybe because of the location close to the police or hospital), there were incredibly loud sirens of police or ambulances around at night.
  : The noise of sirens at night time. The balcony and furniture in there look a bit neglected.

  : We had the family room and the room is spacious and is an authentic Italian building. You share a kitchen with 3 other rooms as this seems to be a modified appartement. It is a 10 minute walk to the colosseum and from there you can visit the other interesting sites. There are some good place to eat nearby and breakfast also. For 25 euro we could leave our luggage with them since we had to checkout at 10am already and we still wanted to explore the city.
  : You must know that it is a not an hotel with 24 hour staff on site. From the description I didnt really know this. It is not a bad thing but you need to nagar expectations. Its a place to sleep and that is fine. Not noisy outside. First thing is that you have to indicate when you arrive and they will WhatsApp you to confirm this, so someone will be there. The kitchen is a shared space. It is in a normal building which is also used by other residents. A lock on the bathroom would be nice and actually the bathroom could use little bit of improvements. The airco worked but barely. I dont know how this would be in summer. For the price this place is not bad though. The tv could be removed as it is laughably small. Better not have it at all so more space in the table.

  : Good location for visiting Colosseum area, not so great for the Vatican or Trevi fountain side, but one has to choose. Decide which part of town you need to be. Facilities very clean, although basic.
  : The facilities are very basic, IKEA type furniture, they basically provide you sleep facilities. TV, as previous comments noted, a disappointment, rather remove it, looks like a forgotten PC screen. Noisy, due to outside sirens.Although the host running this facility is friendly and helpful, I was disappointed when leaving. I stored my luggage for an hour, as I was organising my Uber, was advised to please leave immediately, as he has to clean. He was not even busy in the room, and I therefore left. Bit of a bad after event, of what could have been an acceptable experience.Although listed as B+B there are no facilities, not even a small waiting area. Ensure you arrive within the times listed, if not, waiting till 10pm attracts a Euro 30 charge.

  : Beautiful view from the window, a comfortable and large bed and a separate kitchen with all amenities
  : It was a little noisy because of the cars

  : There is no one cleaning daily in our room. No drinking water provided and we are disappointed when we asked if we can leave our luggage since our flight is in the evening but he told us that we need to pay for EUR 20 for luggages and he only accept cash.

  : Location and very clean room.
  : Doors to get into building and room were finicky at times. Elevator was a plus but if doors were not properly closed, elevator would not work. Had to climb all the way to the top floor and shut them properly so my elderly mother could use it. Shower didnt drain properly. Coffee machine didnt work for us. Having some instructions displayed in the kitchen wouldnt be so bad. Owner didnt think it was necessary when suggested. Kitchen is purely for display, as you arent able to cook or heat up anything. Loud obnoxious sirens going by constantly. Bring earplugs! Bring exact amount when you pay for tax as owner did have any change on hand.

  : Location was not at all bad. Walking to major sites and the underground connection were good
  : Even though the property is sound proofed including double glazed glass you could still hear the sirens outside on the mainstreet.
