  : The host is outright amazing! Helpful, responsive, accommodating! The location is great! Just a very short walk to the Pantheon where there is so much to do, lots of shops and places to eat til all hours of the night. There is a washer/dryer in the apartment.
  : We were there during a heat wave in August making it difficult to sleep. The A/C was not able to cool the apartment.

  : Alessandro was excellent at communicating before we arrived and met us in person upon arrival. He showed us all around the neighborhood and gave us many pointers and tips such as restaurants for during our stay. It was a wonderful way to start our Rome adventure.
  : Only 'complaint' would be that the master bedroom's A/C was not very strong and that the beds/pillows were moderately comfortable. Otherwise an excellent stay in an amazing location with great customer service!

  : location was perfect. central to all Rome locations. we had coffee & breakfast by Trevi fountain every morning. neighborhood was quite at night. close to restaurants, markets & shopping.
  : air conditioner worked but not as cold as would have liked. we are from Texas and like cold air. cleaning charges and taxes were high compared to other rental properties. almost cancelled reservation for this reason alone.

  : The location is perfect! The major attractions are within walking distance, not to mention some like Panteon, Fontana di Trevi or Piazza di Pietra which are 5 minutes away or less. The host was super friendly and helpful, thanks Alessandro! The apartment was comfortable for our group of six people (two of us slept on the sofa bed) and well-equipped.
  : The sofa bed was a little hard to open and close (at least before you get the hang of it; two metal chunks on each site sometimes get in the way and lock the movement).

  : Alessandro was wonderful. He was very easy to get in touch with before our arrival and always promptly responded. He gave us all the info we needed to get into the apartment and sent videos so all was very clear. We were able to check in early which was a great comfort and appreciated. He met us at the apartment at a set time and showed us how to work the washing machine and answered our questions. He also texted us names and maps of nearby restaurants. The apartment is perfectly located. Very close walks to the Pantheon, Trevi and Piazza Navona. Also easy to get to Campo di Fiore and easily walkable to Trestevere, the Collosium/Forum and even Villa Borghese. The bus to Vatican City is right around the corner. Though you are smack in the middle of the city, the apartment is very quiet. The beds are comfy and we felt very safe. There is a restaurant next door (we heard no noise from it) and hundreds within a mile circumference. Wonderful gelato, bakeries, cafes, Delis, bars, etc are all nearby. This is a wonderful find. There were 3 of us and we were very comfortable and the apartment was a haven to return to after full days of sightseeing. We didnt make use of the kitchen but it looked well appointed.
  : In the shower in the en suite bathroom, I wish there was a place to put a bar of soap.
