  : The pool, but you have to pay 10 euros the entry, for each people, and you have to suffer the radio on the speakers around the pool so you cant sleep, you cant read, and when you asked to the host with a smile if its possible to reduce the level, or to stop the radio because you are alone and you cant read, the host tells you : no its not possible, the customers like it And when you say that you are a customer the host says : its not possible when you try another time one hour after with another host he said : no I cant because my friends like radio (he was in the pool with four friends). So the pool is cool but in fact not so much and the last day of your stay when you ask to know if you can stay a few hours in the pool and pay (of course) the host tells you : no you cant. You have to have a room for the day (nobody in the pool)
  : 1/ the reception staff : gold medal for weird and worst reception in Italy 2021 !!! champion !!! we have the impression that our presence bothers them Sorry I dont have time to tell every details 2/ noise in the morning at 6:45 am because the doors are not soundproof 3/ the neighborhood is not great (but it is not the most serious problem)

  : it has a nice pool
  : no lift or help to carry the suit case upstairs, bedroom is small, could hear a baby crying all night and the door opening and closing. Far from everything, hard to get a taxi and very expensive to move around. The only positive thing is that is near campus biomedico where the conference was held. There is no one at the reception if its late or you have a problem.My friends missed the train and arrived the next day in the morning and there was no one to guide them to their room despite paying the night before the lady at the reception was super rude, was screaming at us because they got inside to wait for her and threatened to call the police, treating us like criminals! we were trying to explain to her that they are guests and she shouted to me shut up not to mention that her English was very poor and she was coursing in Italian. Very unpleasant experience. They have no idea how to treat a costumer. Will never recommend or go back.

  : The room was comfortable
  : Check-in time was changed without asking us. There are restrictions with regards to the times you can use the kitchen which were not advertised. There was no private parking as advertised, just street parking outside the property.

  : It's a 10 minute walk to the University premises.
  : Lousy first day in Italy. First the lady that checks you in has a very bad attitude and is very rude, speaking no English at all. Rooms are all near the kitchen which was very smelly. I couldnt even sleep there, I tried contacting the Front Desk but their working hours are from 10:30am- 8pm, so had to speak to Francesca, the obnoxious lady owner, who said "Shut Up! If you dont like it leave." - and so I did. Staid only ONE out of my programmed 3 nights. Ill never come back here again.
