  : Lets start by saying that communication is a problem and I dont talk about language barriers. One hour before arriving we tried to contact the manager (or host) many times without receiving a response, which made the check in a bit longer than expected (this was ok for us, no issues). About the room: not all the facilities shown in the description are true, they left two dirty cups to use, a boiler and an empty tea box. The bed is actually two single beds put together. Also, the hot water in the shower doesnt last much for two people so the second person must shower super quick or finish the shower with cold water. Once again, thats not much of an issue for us but the worst was the following Check out is at 11 so we were arranging everything to leave around 11:05. Wrong, at 11 oclock a guy in a red shirt knocks the door and aggressively start shouting that we have to leave. I asked him a few minutes to finish arranging everything and what was his answer? No more than one minute. I was shocked, I travel a lot and that have never happened to me. We werent late by 10, 15 or 20 minutes. It was the exact time of check out, no even one minute late. I closed the door and one minute later a taller man in blue shirt knocks the door. He start shouting we must leave. He acceded to give us five minutes by saying six minutes we have a problem with a threatening tone (what was he willing to do if we took one more minute?). Then, during those five minutes he gave us, he stayed by the door with the door open while blaming us that we sent him a message asking for more time when we never did and he treated us of liars sayings isnt this your phone? Which obviously it wasnt mine or my partners. By the way I feel sorry for the couple that asked him more time because he was literally going to kick them out at 11:01. We left at 11:05 feeling very mistreated by a service that should offer anything but hospitality.
