  : Location was pretty good and the 24/7 service desk is helpful
  : This hotel is definitely three star and very old/dated. The shower was tiny and often luke warm water, not hot. We paid a lot because of visiting during peak season but the price tag didnt match the hotel in my view

  : Room was nice sized, had a balcony overlooking the city, the window was double paned, the day time staff were very polite, friendly and helpful, we would love to go back and stay there again.
  : The hotel has stopped breakfast upstairs on the roof after COVID and only serves you in the rooms.

  : Absolutely no guests. Our friends came from Sorrento for a day trip and needed to get changed at 9:30am.. They were denied entry into our room by reception. Not great being treated like children when youre spending 500+ euro per night. Extremely noisy at night time.. sounded like someone was always moving furniture in the early hours of the morning??Cheap bodywashCheap toilet paper and a dispenser that gives one sheet at a timeTissues werent replenished once over 6 nights No duvet just a sheet Cheap pillows that resulted in sore necks No iron or ironing board.. just a steamer I had to keep requesting from reception as they kept taking it back8 euro charge for storing your own things in the mini bar

  : The staff was amazing. They deliver your breakfast to your room every morning and gave me great recommendations. The shower was a good size versus other hotels I stayed at in Italy.
  : I was in a single room(last one available), so bed was a little small for me as I am 62, but clean and nice to have a great view of Positano.
