  : Hello,I am very surprised and upset of that message.I paid fully for my stay directly to the hotel by their demand to do so.Yesterday I paid for the room before getting it as a demand of them:1. 670.40 euros for the room they said they get paid direct.2. Another 329.60 euros directly to them for having sea view.3. Today when I checked out they demanded against my will - yet, I had no choice but to pay - and I paid:Another 244.00 euros:1. 32 euros for breakfast-even though the room includes breakfast - they argue that omelet isnt included, as well as didnt notify while asking for an omelet while serving breakfast.2. Another 8 euros for taxes.3. Another 100 euros for car parking over night - overrated charge they never priced it before only in the end of stay at check out.4. Another 100 euros for 1 hour late check out-instead of 11 am we left at 12 - I explained that the evening before in check in they approved a late check out - as well as my baby 1 year old got sick and puked before we were ready to leave - we asked for a few more minutes to wash himI paid all with my credit cardAnd I have invoices and receipts for all payments.Attached the pictures of all payments I want to put my complaint on these kind of Mis behavior and bad treatment.Especially after paying so much Thank you Erez

  : The hotel staff was excellent. Extremely helpful and friendly. The complementary breakfast was great and the view from our room was amazing.
  : Its a little pricey to request a late checkout.

  : The staff are excellent- you can tell they they pride. The location is Ok- easy walk on the road side to several restaurants and shops, but it's little far from the beach. The direct route down to the beach from behind the hotel is many steps and and will wipe you out on a hot day (and we are in good shape). Other than that- they have a great restaurant with incredible view, free wine in afternoon. Book in advance not last minute to avoid $$$$

  : Staff was excellent. Enough were proficient english speakers to be able to explain how things worked. View was outstanding. breakfast was excellent. Room was somewhat small but this was not a very big deal.

  : Theres no pool no gym no lounge no nothing We ask for a late check out (at 12pm) just an hour after check out , they wanted to charge 100 euros per extra hour! Theres no empathy with guests.
