  : host very suspicious of people, refused to let us in the building before we sent him some pictures of documents so maybe do it before your arrival so you don't get stuck outside in the rain waiting for response

  : Actually finding the property! Our phones didn't pick up messages at the time but helpful nearby shop contacted the owner who couldn't have been more helpful and kind.

  : Massimiliano was friendly and polite and offered to help us if we needed anything. The location is just 2 stops from Napoli Central by bus. The room was clean. Breakfast as one cream filled croissant per guest was provided each morning. 5 capsules of coffee, milk and two bottles of water was also provided. Room had AC, wifi, smart switches and Alexa. Eateries and supermarket are close by. Good choice for a couple of days.
  : The check in procedure was weird. Its all per whatsapp. I was contacted by two numbers, one from Italy and one from the UK. Its a step by step process. First you have to send photos of your ID and then while holding it up, for each guest. Then you have to go to a cafe on the opposite side of the house and pay 3 per day per guest to the owner as service tax. Only after they inform Massimiliano, you get the access codes for the house and the room. I had to protest that I will not pay the service fee until I see the room as the whole process was very unconventional. The bathroom door was very hard to close.
