  : Two full bathrooms was an unexpected bonus. The kitchen is very serviceable. Aircon was appreciated. The bed and sleeper couch were comfortable, but the single bed not as comfortable.
  : Further from public transport than I expected. The area is rather run-down. The apartment could use some love - one shower was missing a door, exposed wires, etc.

  : the host response was very fast and helpful, when we arrived we finds him waiting us with the keys, he was kind and helpful, the apartment was clean and comfortable,metro station (villa sant jiovany )is 700m away and the bus stop is in front of the apartment.
  : the air conditioning is not good , the location is not on the center but it well connected by metro, about 30 minutes by metro

  : Nice setup in the apartment - bathroom upstairs for those using the master bedroom plus bathroom and shower/tub downstairs. Good communication with the host.
  : Walking barefoot in the apartment, our feet got dirty. The floor could be cleaner.

  : Really friendly host who gave really good access instructions and answered any questions we had really quickly. Good location - 5-10 min walk to red line metro station. Easy parking and great value for money.
  : Nothing really as it was such a good price. But the pictures do maybe make it look a bit more modern than it actually is.

  : Host was ok, we had some issues with payment, but he solved. Parking was great.
  : The room need to be refurbished, it is not cozy, the pictures on the web are not realistic. Strange surounding of the building, close to the train.

  : There were ants and mosquitos everywhere, ac was not the best, the lift didnt work so we had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs, we booked for 5 people but only 3 beds were made, parking instructions were not very clear as you needed to use the key in two separate places to have access to the car park, not sufficient supplies (no toaster, not enough toilet paper and smelly, stiff towels) shower door was broken so made the whole bathroom wet, no lighting outside if returning to the apartment late. The duvet was also smelly. We asked for a fan because the air con wasnt great however they never responded to that. On the last day, we were then accused of misplacing the keys when we had left them exactly where we were told to. We think this is due to us complaining to them about our stay. The fridge was also mouldy.
