  : The staff were very friendly, the bed was comfortable and it was clean
  : Having a balcony outside my room window which was not accessible to me but accessible to other people meant that I had to keep my curtains up all the time because they could see inside my room. I was shocked to see someone at my window when I was resting on my bed.

  : Dear Booking.Com. team,I booked 2 rooms for one night for 4 person. I received a confirmation from booking.com that the payment is for 4 person and 2 rooms. However, when we reached to the hotel, the receptionist, categorically refused to assist. She said the information/email that we have from booking.com is wrong and that we only made reservation 2 single rooms only for 2 person. I showed her the email that I received from booking.com, which clearly indicates that it is for 4 persons and 2 rooms. She refused to accept even though she saw the email that we received from booking.com. She was unhelpful and said that we have to call and talk to booking.com as there might be a mistake. She was absolutely unhelpful. We drove long hours and was extremely tired. However, fortunately, there was another receptionist, a man (not sure, he might be her boss) who overheard all the conversations. We approached to him and showed him the email that we received from booking.com. He was an excellent man and was very helpful. He checked in the system and finally accepted and gave us 2 rooms for 4 person but in in different floors. 1) Please note that according to the first receptionist, the mistake came from booking.com. 2) She categorically refused to accept and asked us to pay additional money for the 2nd room. Therefore, I really need clarification for this miscommunications between the hotel and booking.com. Thank you.
  : I liked almost everything about this hotel. I have no bad comments to make except what we have encountered was not good.

  : The breakfast was good and so did the hotel ambience.
  : We got allergy in our skin. I think they use a very harsh chemical for washing bed sheets and comforter. It was itching badly.
