  : Property unlike pictures and quality not as described. As soon as we came to the property I had to contact them about the horrible damp smell in the apartment. The windows were open but still the smell would not go. I turned on the AC and and even worse smell came out. The property was dirty and barely cleaned.The washing machine still had a wet towel and when you went near the smell was so bad. We were three guests and the sofa bed was so hard and old that it was not comfortable. The springs and metal are felt even when you sit down. Imagine having to sleep or sit on a metal bench you find at the park.The contact at the property said there were linens and was very dismissive saying they cant do anything and that we booked a b&b not a hotel so this is the quality we get. The linens were very thin and not able to add extra padding to make it comfortable. Cant forget the stains on the new linens either. If youre getting your linens professionally washed and cant get stains out of the linens, perhaps its time to throw them away and invest in new ones. The contact did boast about the company having 170 properties around Milan, are they all this shoddy?We had to squeeze three adults onto one double bed. We had to book another hotel for our second night because we couldnt stay at this property. The contact at the property was very dismissive and did not understand that we were in a predicament.They said they will send a cleaning team the next morning however how would this help as the sofa bed cannot be slept on. We were not happy with the accommodation at all and travelled all day to end up in a dingy place. We wanted a refund for this property booking because this is a horrible experience and weve spent more money of our own.Property still refuses to refund us our money because we declined their next day cleaning offer. The contact at the property said they could get us a 50% refund but still nothing.

  : Good location ( metro Monumentale just 500m) and a good contact with a very nice welcoming person, towels included.
  : The flat is damaged, walls were dirty, extremely small shower - really, duvet and pillows inside the linens were terribly dirty with stains, couch is uncomfortable for sleeping. One AC not for use.

  : the extra bed was not a bed, it was a hard surface with sporadic places of thin padding.

  : not much other than location
  : the room was dirty. every time you walked around your feet would be black. the bed sheets were stained with dirt and blood. I contacted the owner and asked for new bed sheets and he told me to sort them myself with a spare set in the cupboard. we only had one set of towels for 6 days. the shower leaked and soaked the bathroom. the shower was so tiny we struggled to wash.

  : The location was quite good and it doesn't take long to be in the city centre. The flat is spacious and there is an aircon. Also, it is really quite.
  : The flat doesn't really look the same on the photos. In reality, it looks much less fancy and quite old. Some spots were dirty (wall, bathroom, floor).

  : Everything in the booked room was working. The shower had hot water, the bed was comfy, great view through the window, wifi working, and the kitchen were well equipped. We enjoyed our stay in Milan.
  : At the start, it was hard to find the hotel's exact location. The host was helpful and in the end, everything was fine.
