  : Big rooms. Very clean.
  : The night security guard is possibly the single rudest person that I have ever met. The man should be nowhere near civilised human beings. He actually thinks it’s ok to be rude and to swear at guests. He isn’t fit to work in a kennel.

  : No tissue box in room or washroom. Only toilet tissues available. Not a single free water bottle. No coffee or tea maker available in room.

  : Rooms were big, comfortable and clean. We checked in to a standard room which was perfect. The next day Kevin kindly upgraded us to an amazing suite. Thanks to Kevin's great service we had a wonderful time in Milano.Location is comfortable, 3 minutes walk from the metro station, although it had nothing to offer as it is not a central location.Staff were nice and helpful if needed but not very welcoming.

  : The room was very big, beds where very comfy and the AC was working properly. The hotel has a very cool, kind of industrial style and the staff was very nice and helpful
  : Breakfast was very poor. Only a few options, and the eggs had a weird spoiled taste. We expected more for the price.

  : This is a lovely, modern hotel in a great location. The majority of the staff were kind and helpful.
  : The issue is the night security officer. He is the single most unprofessional human being that I have ever encountered. He hangs around in the bar at night like a cloud, with no uniform, ID or manners, attempting to intimidate customers. To help him pass his time, he likes to provoke arguments with hotel guests, shout at them, square up to them and when told that he will be reported to the manager, felt that the appropriate response was to shout and curse at the guests in Italian. I remain shocked by this man’s conduct and I did complain to the manager. He is rude, aggressive, discourteous, unhospitable and unprofessional. I would not employ him and I would expect to lose my job if I behaved like him. It’s a really nice bar, with great bar staff. My advice is not to go near it at night because of this man. We never set foot in it again.
