  : While the apartment is sizeable it is completely covered in animal hair/ fur. This also included our sheets. It was honestly disgusting. The managers were going to send someone to at least change the sheets and they didnt even show up. It sent my allergies crazy and pretty much ruined Milan for us. Unfortunate really.they offered 30% refund in the end, but it ruined our trip so doesnt really make up for it.

  : Only saving grace of this apartment was the lovely restaurant just down the street where we could be seated without a reservation and enjoyed a lovely dinner! Also with regard to Italianway staff the only helpful person was Andrea, who eventually met us at the train station to hand over the keys - thank you Andrea!
  : Staff on the phone at Italianway was not at all friendly. The day before I confirmed that we would pick up the keys at the apartment but when we arrived there was told that they could not send anyone as they did not have any staff and thereafter proceeded to put the phone down. After a run around finally managed to get the keys. Location is not very good, difficult to park near the apartment! Apartment did not match the pictures and was not very clean on arrival. In these times of corona it was very difficult stay there knowing the apartment was not properly cleaned!

  : Bad cleaning - there were dust bunnies everywhere, the drain was clogged, there was no sheets on the duvet, the cushions did not fit the couch and kept falling out, and there was a lack of utilities in the kitchen.

  : there was not enough bedding for two people(sleeping on two different beds).There wasn't a welcoming tea/coffee bag.The bathroom does need a renovation, looks like it was done in the 90s.
