  : The location was fantastic. It is super cose to the metro station, the piazza duomo, and various restaurants and shopping areas. We felt safe in the area as well.
  : The a/c didn't work in my room. The lift was extremely slow and takes only 2 people at a time, and with a room on the 6th floor, it is quite a lot of stairs. The breakfast room was cramped, and the options were very limited. The ladies making coffee were also washing crockery loudly, and I felt like I was interrupting them by asking for a coffee, which is all done at a small bar in the breakfast room. We had to ask for plates, bread, cutlery, etc, once these items had run out. You have to hand in the room keys whenever you go out. When I checked in, I was given the keys to a room that was already occupied, and when I went back to the reception, I was told the colleague had organised the rooms and made a mess. I was quite anxious during my stay, wondering if the same thing might happen to me.

  : The location was good
  : The bathroom smelled badly. Expensive room had no tissues,water, coffee etcetera. When checking out we were asked to pay 9 Euro tax. We only had 100 euro note. We received 79 euro in charge. When challenged they said it was all the change they had. No apology, just an attempt to rip us off.

  : Room was small and very dark, looking out on to a dark and dirty central area. Was ok for us as we were out all day but you would t want to spend any time in the room

  : I wish the bedding had felt newer since it was older, but super clean it would make it feel a lot fresher.

  : They put only 2 bottle of water to the room at the first day. My prefer to them, for customer satisfaction they have to service everyday. Because people come to room and lookinf for a water. This is a basic thing.

  : A very comfortable budget hotel in a perfect location just 200 metres from the Piazza del Duomo and the Milan metro links.
  : The hotel was on a busy and quite noisy road but we accepted that given the excellent city centre location.
