  : The flat wasnt cleaned at the check in so alternative accommodation had to be found; the cleaner showed up later and brought clean sheets and towels in a pack; the bed was undone and bathroom particularly dirty with previous guest hairs all over the place!! disgusting

  : keys collection for the train station. was looking for their shop 30mins and asked many people who works there,no one knewThey take your credit card details and passport info when you go there to collect keys. very far from the city and not very good connection. Construction going on in the apartment below and every morning someone is calling to the flat asking to open the front door for them and wakes you up. Crazy neighbors,shouting at us for not knowing how to use the lift The elevator is very strange and you sometimes close the doors and its still not closed properly,making it not possible to use for other people, but its not our fault as its the way this old lift is and they just likes to find a person to blame
