  : The flat was nice and bright. 500m to the metro and close to bars and supermarkets
  : I wish they were more flexible with the check in; I went around 2pm to drop the luggage and they were still cleaning the apartment. The beds were really bad.

  : Everything!From the dirty bed sheets, pillow covers, to the noisy neighbors.Everything was bad in that appartement. I don't even know where to start!!!First thing was the fact that I called them multiple times to have someone go with us to the appartement on the first day to show us, and they said yes but the day before our stay, they said that there will be no-one accompanying us and that there is no need to as one of them went to the appartement and checked everything!!! We let that pass as we trusted them, but to our surprise, when we went there, the house was not clean!! There was trash left there in the bins, the bed sheets were dirty the covers also, the blanket had yellow stains as well as the pillows. We had to go and buy new blankets and pillows to use!! As we asked them kindly to have someone come and change them on the first day but they didn't I sent them messages over and over again and they said that they will send her so we stayed at the apartment waiting for her but she didn't come.And after writing them over and over and oooover again they said they will send her but it was One day before our check-out!!!As for the amenities, they left us 2 small shampoos and conditioner and for the dish soap one little bottle and when we asked them for it they said it's only a welcome gift!! Excuse me, but NOOO!! we stayed in hotels, apartements... in different places in the world, and they have always provided us with these things as they are used daily. We stayed in apartments in Portugal, Spain, Morocco... They would provide you with everything you might need for your stay like full-size shampoos, conditioners, and even toothbrushes they give them to you.As for cleaning to my surprise we paid 60 and the funny thing is that they said that the cleaning lady would not come during our stay, I mean that's not acceptable. Paying for cleaning service means that the apartment should be cleaned at least once during the stay!!
