  : The biggest issue with the property was that it was on the fifth floor (15 flights of stairs and NO elevator) I am travelling from Canada for three months and I had to carry two large suitcases and one smaller suitcase, my purse and a huge freezer bag full of fresh food up the 15 flights of stairs. I nearly died and I am in really good shape. The owner made no move to help me or to make my plight a bit easier in fact he kind of laughed. I felt like he totally duped me and I was angry enough to swear at him on the phone. I couldn't get into the suite originally because the "vicky" key wasn't working so finally someone had to let me in and then the 15 flights of stairs fiasco. The fridge was disgusting and the suite was extremely small , much smaller than I thought - the bathroom was nice was but not well kept - a hole in one of the walls and just overall kind of a dump - the low strangely shaped ceiling had me hitting my head a couple of times. Finally Marco was very helpful when I asked for a late checkout time and he accommodated my request for 1pm which I really appreciated. My concern is the "stairs issue" is not clear on the listing and it's possible someone who is not fit or who has health issues could hurt themselves carrying up their luggage or worse, the sudden burst of physical activity could trigger a cardiac arrest, asthma attack or something similar and then both you and the owner would be facing a huge lawsuit that unfortunately you would lose. So, for the sake of this man and your corporation I would insist Marco make some changes and refuse to host his suite on your site until he does. I personally made it work - but someone older or not so fit, may not. - Just my two cents.
