  : If you want to spend your holiday with bed bugs, in a dirty place with broken furniture, you're in a right place. We spent 2 nights there and it was the worst experience ever. Our 7 year old daughter woke up with bites all over her body after the first night on the coach. The apartment itself is very untidy, walls are dirty, black mouldy silicone in the shower. We ended up sleeping all together on one bed, treating bites and trying to spend there as little time as possible. We had a late flight back home and I asked if we can leave our luggage somewhere for a few hours and got a link to luggage storage instead. 'Very client oriented approach". Definitely NOT recommended.

  : Great location! Within walking distance to many of the main sites.We arrived early and they were very accommodating letting us drop off luggage even though cleaning wasnt completed yet.
  : The air conditioning doesnt get it very cool and you cant control so we all still had fans on us but one large one was provided and it was 40 degrees outside so it could be just because it was too hot! The bed was more like a futon, but fine for 2 nights.

  : We had a small issue where the power tripped- even the traffic lights outside so we lost all hot water but Mirko contacted the building technicians and it was back in within an hour or so

  : Location was really good, close to the Duomo and the subway station. We could go to the Vittorio Emmanuelle gallery and the cathedral just walking like 10, 15 min. Air conditioner was working good and also the fridge. Wi-Fi was excelent.
  : I think the apartment should be renovated because the walls have an old painting and need to be re-painted. The black bathroom towels should be definitely replaced for white towels because dark towels can hide the dirty. There wasn't any kitchen paper and we had to buy one from the grocery store. For the amenities, no water was left for us and only 3 coffee capsules (we stayed 3 days). We also found some dirty plates and we had to re-wash them.
