  : Our room was large and clean. The bed was probably the most comfortable thing weve slept on throughout our travels in Europe so far. Kitchen was well equipped with stovetop, kettle and dishwasher, albeit no microwave or oven. Location was a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro which can get you to the city centre in 20 minutes.
  : We were unaware of a cleaning fee that you had to pay on top of the city tax. This is not advertised on the property through booking.com. For a 6 night stay we had to pay an additional 15 for cleaning which really only included new towels and a made bed every second day.

  : Superb value - what a find! So convenient for getting to the centre of Milan without paying sky-high pricesStaff - everyone who worked there was friendly, however the lady on reception on the 8th of May for check in was an absolute star! So helpful, friendly and always polite. Thank you!The apartment was great, being exceptionally spacious and comfortable. Having a balcony was a nice bonus. The whole apartment was absolutely spotlessly clean and felt well cared for.
  : There was not much to dislike, however kitchen/tea towels would be useful! We also struggled without access to a proper coffee machine!The traffic noise at times was very loud, even late at night, although I do accept Milan is a very busy city.

  : Good location, 7-8 minutes from Milano Centrale train station! Spacious apartment, clean.
  : The apartment and management definitely need some improvement. The apartment was cold and as explained by the stuff, they could not do anything about it (adjustments NEED to be made to better handle the apartment temperature, we were freezing!!). I wouldnt book the property again, bad internet connection, no bathtub curtain, no complimentary coffee/tea, rude responses, overall disappointed
