  : The bed and the bedroom was very large and comfortable. Loved the decor and the view from the terrace was stunning. The host was so affording and even made fresh roti for us each morning.

  : Was very friendly, clean and enjoyable stay. Room was a really good size with a very comfortable bed and host was very welcoming and more than happy to help with any queries. Cooks a delicious Indian dinner and has an amazing view from the terrace of the property

  : - Bathroom wasnt so clean- When I arrived for check in I was notified that the room was a little more expensive that what it was published at booking. This should be told in advance.

  : Nice location meant we saw some places we wouldn't have otherwise if we stayed nearer Genoa. lovely decor clearly derived from the host's Sri Lankan heritage.
  : The use of the Aircon was an extra 10 fee and you couldn't sleep without it in the 38c heat of summer. In addition, the fuse went in the middle of the night, waking us up as the room became unbearably hot. We were essentially told that it was because we had the Aircon on all night that the fuse went, but we weren't told to do otherwise. Unlike previous reviews and pictures, the breakfast was just a piece of shop bought bread and a toastie maker for cripsy toast and a coffee machine. Since finding out she is an ex judge on Italian MasterChef it made the lack of breakfast extremely lacklustre. The host was nice but the whole stay felt extremely impersonal, like we were treading on toes as opposed to being welcomed and taught the culinary and cultural fascinations of Genoa and Sri Lanka as it says in the host's description.
