  : It is right in the centre of town easy walking anywhere
  : We filtered looking for parking only after booking on a non refund policy we got an email saying car par was not accessible for anything other than small cars and would cost and additional 15 per night that should be upfront not after booking

  : Perfect location for discovering Genoa. Newly renovated room with excellent bathroom. Decorated very nicely. I had what I thought was a big problem and staff were great about it.

  : Good location overall, close to the old city center and many of the attractions, train station, good connections to the airport. Some of the adjacent streets looked shady, so best to arrive at the hotel via the main street (Via Balbi) The room was quiet, spacious, clean, comfortable bed, a second pillow would have been nice to have. They do not have breakfast available, but there are many cafes nearby, perfect to start your day. No elevator for 4 floors, this was not a problem for us, but it is worth to note this info. Friendly staff, willing to answer all your questions.
  : We stayed for three nights and following the first night we forgot to hang the "do not disturb" sign on the door handle when we left in the morning, as we don't really need room cleaning, towel changes etc. for such a short stay. Due to this, they indeed cleaned the room, changed the towels (which we had hung up, to use again) and rather re-arranged our stuff in the room and bathroom, which felt a bit strange to me.
