  : The Hotel was in a very good location - close to the train station, not far from the port, close to good restaurants and within walking distance of some of the major attractions.The staff were all friendly, helpful and caring - I arrived early and felt very unwell and they allowed me to wait upstairs till my room was ready, they tried to get it ready faster for me and checked that I did not need additional medical help.The room was cosy and had everything I needed.The waiting room upstairs and breakfast room were beautifully decorated.
  : The carpet was a bit stained and needed replacing. My airconditioner did not work well so the room was a little stuffy and opening the window made it too noisy.It would have been nice to have a wholewheat bread option with breakfast and the espresso from the machine in the breakfast room was never hot.

  : Room was run down with stains on carpet. Bed uncomfortable. Extremely dark with not enough lighting.

  : Clean facilities, space for the luggage before check in and after check out and nice staff. The location is good, a minute from the train station and a walking distance from the center. The room was spacious and had airconditioning and the bathroom was clean and the bed comfortable.
  : For the price it could be a bit more renovated. The carpet floors are not very hygienic and made the room a bit dusty and the walls were dirty. However, we would definitely stay here again.

  : The staff were pleasant and very quick to respond to our requests (there were a lot of faults with the room). Every staff member we came into contact with was very nice.
  : Mouldy bathroom, room amenities were not checked to see if they were working before checking us in, the fruit at breakfast was overripe or rotten, rooms smelt bad,

  : The only thing I liked was that it was located near the train station.
  : Toilet leaked water. The curtains, walls, and carpet were very soiled and dirty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and bad pillows. Hard thin bedspread and no blanket. This was not a good choice. The place looks nothing like the pictures. Save your money. I couldnt wait to move on to my next stay. Pass on the breakfast and go to the cafe next door.

  : Ridiculously small rooms! Not possible to open 1 suitcase, let alone 2 (I was travelling with my wife).The shower is a disaster, it is tiny and the shower head is directly above your head, so guarantee getting your hair wet. Difficult to move around in the shower.
