  : Amazing view of Duomo and bell tower. Two balconies with outdoor furniture. We sat out there every evening with wine and snacks (some of my favorite memories from our trip). My mom said the master bedroom is quiet, and that it was her comfiest bed of the trip (out of 5).
  : Check in nightmare: We arrived at the property a bit before 6pm and followed the hosts instructions for entering the building. When we opened the lockbox to retrieve the keys, it was empty. We immediately messaged the property about the situation to which they finally responded a half hour later: Sorry. The cleaning staff forgot to put the key inside. They are coming. They kept telling us that the person with the key was on his way and that it would be Just a few minutes. We sat on the floor of the buildings entry way and waited, frustrated and hungry, for two hours before the man finally arrived, around 8:15pm. If the host had been honest with us about how long it would take, one of us could have gone out to get food. Needs: Some updated furnishings, dish towels, real supply of toilet paper (we had to buy our own after a few days), kitchen utensils (knives and a pair of scissors in particular). Needs better sound/weatherproofing for the window in the second bedroom; Via del Corso is loud at ALL hours of the day and night, and I could still hear some of it through my earplugs.

  : Shower head needs to be replaced. Hot water; switch to hot water tank/boiler needs to be identified so it is turned on.

  : stairs were steep to the third floor , tv not working, couldnt close bathroom door, crockery was old and chipped, toilet refill was noisy.

  : air con did not work, (for a long time before obviously), 35 degrees centigrade outside.

  : amazing location in the middle of history 2 big bedrooms with plenty of spacefull of historical fashionvery quiet and silent place despite you are in the middle of the old city
  : some minor refurbishment needed (I.e. bathroom door)it is at 3rd floor without elevator. really not an issue for me but should be taken in consideration if heavy luggage
