  : Great location, everything you might want to see is within walking distance
  : Half the lights in the apartment weren't working, there was a broken pice of furniture in the middle of the living room anth the pillows were absolutely awful, thin and bumpy.In addition the blankets smelled bad.

  : location excellent as you can walk to most sites in the city
  : gloomy rooms with poor lighting, cold with no info on heating etc in flat. Shabby ripped or rickety furniture. Nowhere to hang up clothes. Very noisy area throughout most of night. if we had have been staying longer we would have made a formal complaint as it was for our short stay we just put up with it. Would not return here even for its location

  : We were there for a month, Great location - safe neighborhood and easy walking distance to everything you'd want to see. Many good retaurants in the area. Nice sized room. Neat mural on the 15 ft tall ceiling. Plenty of seating and table space. Street performers doing opera in the late afternoons was a cool bonus.
  : The bed was unusable. It sagged badly to the middle from top to bottom and side to side. We ended up having to use one of the sofa beds. Better but not great. There was no way to keep the light in the hall near the entrance lit other than walking near a sensor 15 yards away beside another door. This forced a single person to have to fumble around in the dark to open the door. I reported the issue twice and was told nothing could be done.The neighborhood was quite loud especially in the early morning. Very few pots or cooking utensils. Could use a few lamps to read by.

  : we were not greeted by anyone. We had to contact them after arriving as the bedroom closet had collapsed, the pillows were totally unusable, many of the lights were out. the living room chairs had seen better days.
