  : Loved the host's Simone's dedication and flexibility to assist eg allowed an earlier check in & allowed us to leave luggage upstairs post check out.Simone was always helpful with tips etcWell located within walking distance to M Novella Train station, Ponte Vecchio etc
  : Room perhaps on the small side- we had the 2 singles placed together which meant that one of us was unable to get in the bed from the side ( ie had to jump over the bed) as too close to the wall.

  : Not very clean, my husband can’t stop coughing in the room Too, too, too noisy. It is located in an apartment, the family nearby has many lovely and energetic kids, so...

  : The facilities are very new and modern, really out of my exception. The location is good from the city map, 5-10 minutes walking distance to the beautiful views. It's a little like a airbnb, though the household is not living there/ they offer you some tableware (cups, bowls, forks, spoons) and some useful things (travel adaptors).
  : They offered insecticide, but I haven't used it, because it's soon for sleeping, so some mosquitoes were noisy and I was bitten by them. The location is in the busy streets, so it's a little noisy at midnight, i.e. in bars, dancing and singing. The bed is too soft for me.

  : Central location, very clean and Simone was lovely. Very helpful and friendly. Perfect if you just want somewhere to get your head down in central Florence
  : It’s not a hotel so no reception or restaurant but that suited us.

  : The location was amazing. The owner very helpful giving suggestions of where to go nearby. I took some wonderful pictures from the Michelangelo plaza across the river. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom had modern fixtures.
  : The front door of the building was a little finicky to open at times but it worked out.
