  : The location was the best part about the place. Very convenient.
  : There were some issues with the AC throughout our stay, and the sewage and water system was not great - it has a really foul smell every-time you used it. Its an older building so its to be expected that there are some issues with it, but this was a little excessive. On top of that, there was a lot of mosquitos inside the room and since the building is so old you could hear every movement from the people staying in the other rooms and it was very amplified. If you are a light sleeper, DO NOT STAY HERE. It was ridiculous.

  : Wow what a view , location amazing couldnt wish for a better position .. bathroom was external to our room but it didnt bother us . Would stay there again
  : No hooks in the bathroom for towels , but really minor issue ..

  : The location was fantastic! View of the Duomo from the bed. The location was pretty central to everything and just about 12-15 minutes walking from the train station. Super close to the historic attractions. Just walk a little further for better local food. Martina was amazing! Very responsive and quick to help. We had some issues with the shower and she was at the apartment within 30 minutes to fix it.
  : I would have changed a few things but overall solid. The shower is designed strange but only so much one can do with a tight space. The bed could be better. Im not a fan of two twins put together for a long but thats what we have been seeing a lot during our travel. Be prepared for stairs. It gives you a nice finisher after a long day of walking.

  : Perfect location to explore firenze
  : I could hear everything that was being said in other rooms. Clothing from previous guests lay on the ground. No elevator available and the rooms are on the 4th floor. There is never anyone on sight,so you just leave your city tax laying around in your room.
