  : Location.The gelato shop next to the apartment entrance was amazing.
  : Stairs - It was particularly challenging to climb up the stairs with heavy suitcases and stroller.Tight spaces, especially for tall people. Due to the older design and architecture of the house there were several hazards around the house that we had to be mindful about:- Pinch hazard: My thumb was pinched twice at the entrance door right after the stairs on the second floor.- Stubbed toe ..- Stabbing or punchure hazard: There were long nails near the windows to hold the curtains.

  : The location was great, the apartment was clean, well decorated and very classic to the florence style, comfortable beds and pillows. But unfortunately the dislikes made it disappointing and very relieved when we actually left the property.
  : Everything would have been perfect if upon check in we were met with a friendlier approach and if we didn't come across a cockroach problem at the entrance corridor that terrified the children and me....if more that 2 appliance in the apartment were used at the same time the fuse blew. Upon check in we were shown the fuse box and how to turn the fuse switch back on and I thought it's good to know and didn't really expect it to happen, but it did and several times and this ment going down to the entrance corridor with the cockroaches to switch it back on. It was so regular that we called the emergency after hours number but they didn't answer so I dont know what the point was of having an emergency number that no one answers. Also the water in the shower was going from hot to cold and we couldn't regulate it.They take a 300 deposit incase of any damages, which apparently no one was going to come to check the apartment before we checked out. So how does that work?? We took photos of things with minor damages and insisted that someone come to check out the apartment before we left, and they did.

  : 2 story walk up, very noisy plus construction. walk up was dirty, with dead bugs. apartment was clean. great location

  : Beautiful ceilings and shutters. Efficient kitchen and nice bathrooms. Beautiful light and central location. Our beds were comfortable.
  : It was extremely noisy at night. Minor issue: the kitchen couldve used another dish towel or two.
