  : Electricity issue the breaker kept tripping. AC units are old and do not cool well. The bathroom is broken. No elevators. Old appliances.

  : The views were incredible! We could see all across Florence.
  : The steps! We had a two level apartment- our daughter counted to get to her room it was 92 steps. To get to our apartment was 82. That is a lot of steps!!!!!! This apartment is not for the faint of heart!The third bedroom isnt a bedroom, its a loft- with a couch. ( just for clarification)

  : No breakfast was included. carrying luggage five flights of stairs was not fun. The beds were a little on the hard side. one of the shower doors was broken. There were a lot of stores nearby.

  : Hard to climb up 2 floors without elevator.They didn't give us that many suggestions for food around.The sofa bed could be better quality and we need a sheet for the single bed in the living room.

  : The apartment was exactly as advertised. The host was prompt in delivering the keys and instructions.

  : The room was spacious and clean.
  : When you are booking it isnt clear in what apartment youll stay. The stuff is pretty rude and theyll charge you for everything. Theyre lacking hospitality and it is pretty obvious that you are a walking wallet for them. The security deposit was released a month after, but the person who gave us the keys stated that they are releasing it right after the check out.

  : Theres NO LIFT. Apartment is at the top of building so u have to climb almost 90 STEPS to get there. Theres no facilities for getting luggage moved - I was quoted 15 to have luggage taken down the stairs! Heating /electricity a rip off quoted 200 for 9 days. There was no way of controlling the heating which was lukewarm and on 24/7 which I didnt want as I was out all day, every day and only needed the rads on in the evening. There was NO TOASTER supplied. The TV Didnt work - there was NO SIGNAL. I wasnt told that there was mosquitoes in the apartment and as a result I got 10 bites on my face and 8 on my hand while I slept on the first night. I had to buy plug in devices to get rid of them, together with citronella spray and special cream for my face. The marks on my face and hand have just cleared up since I came home.
