  : Ok, let's start... The keys are to be retrieved from the owners restaurant, so appears to capture your eating options, 20% off, so may appeal to some. The entry to the apartment is from the rear, which has a heavy smell of urine, the apartment is a previously purpose built for social housing. The keys are a pain, not working until several attempts. The room, ok nice view, broken kettle, and not even a coffee sachet! A first for me! But owner says come to my resturant if you want coffee .. No shower gel or shampoo, another first.. I had to go to a shop to purchase this for a one night stay (and coffee for morning wake up). The bathroom... weird, has a glass wall that is (not) great for watching your partner have private time on the loo or hygeine matters, whilst you are in the bed, ok, workaround, look away! The bed was comfy, but this collapsed in the morning whilst I was putting my socks on! Oh, we bought a bottle of wine, but dam, only one glass so went old school and shared! I have been to Zadar, it's beautiful, many times, I will not be staying here again. BTW, when I went to the resturant (hmmmm ) to pay for room on arrival and questioned no coffee/tea and shower gel etc. The owner was like, no, It doesn't, please tap your card here. The young girl Clara was helpful though.

  : The decor was modern and aesthetically pleasing, but everything was also practical. Everything was well-designed and the bed was also extremely comfortable. We had a great nights sleep.
  : The stair situationthe lack of an elevatorwas not ideal since we had so many suitcases with us. Also, a dishwasher would have been nice.
