  : The location is very good, right in the middle of the old city. I liked the perfect cleanliness and the design of the room with all those beautiful marine details. I appreciated a lot the bathroom that is so big and chic. The wifi was also great.
  : I didn't like the view from the room because is not a garden view, but a building view and the communication before check in.

  : The bed was comfortable and location was central
  : No sign for no 12 . The access to the room was horrific, both from outside and the staircase inside was bad and dirty and poor lighting . I wanted to cancel the room when i saw the stairway .inside there was no fan in bathroom so was musty and no cooking facilities if we needed .the view from the window was unpleasant ..put it this way better to leave the curtains closed .Sorry to right this but it is the truth .

  : Very small room (couldnt move around the bed) bed not very comfortable, difficult to find and rude staff. Didnt provide shower gel or clean towels daily. Dont go with the hotel taxi service they rip you off you can get an Uber from the airport for 13 as they try and charge you 40

  : The room is within a good location in Zadar, the building it's in is a little old which might be a bit of a shock, but the room itself was clean and pristine, all the furniture was new. We particularly liked the bathroom. Towels, shower gel, coffee, tea and a kettle were all provided.Staff was very friendly and helpful, responsive on Booking.com messages and also told us a little bit on where to go in Zadar.Best part about the location is that everything was within a few minutes of walking. If you were thinking of taking a few day trips, the bus station is only twenty minutes walk away too.
  : My only (very minor) complaint is that the double bed was actually two singles. Another point worth mentioning is that the room is not accessible by lift, which wasn't an issue for us but might be something to consider for people with accessibility issues.

  : Central location. Clean, modern room in good condition.
  : 1) The approach to the apartment block in which these two rooms are situated is very unattractive and was very difficult to find in the dark, as it is poorly lit. The staircase is badly maintained with, again, unsatisfactory lighting. On our third day we had to find our way past the laundry hanging outside the neighbouring apartment. 2) There was no housekeeping during our 3-night stay with the result that rubbish bins were overflowing and we had to put up with a perpetually damp bath floor mat due to water spraying out over the floor. 3) The photos are a bit misleading. The room is actually smaller than it appears in their wide angle photos. Also we had the impression that it was above the Coffee and Cake coffee shop but it turned out to be round the corner in the block mentioned in (1). 4) Payment for our stay was agreed to be in cash in Euros. The gentleman who checked us in could not give a receipt on the spot (essential with cash). The result was that we had to use the credit card used to guarantee the booking (we could not even change to a different card). This meant that we have been hit with charges of about 10% of the original price due to their billing in Kuna instead of Euro. This was very annoying.
