  : Very luxurious and clean. Very comfortable shower, which stays hot (doesn't happen everywhere so we were delighted). Super friendly host. Greated us enthusiastically. He helped carry our luggage and told us about his favorite restaurants. The small details are so nice. The little snack, coffee and tea, water, juice boxes, slippers and shower caps (in case you want to use them). Perfect location.
  : The bed was horrible. You can feel the springs right through. Our backs, shoulders and hips were hurting the next morning. Expected a good bed, since everything else was perfect.

  : Luxury rooms indeed!We booked very last minute but Ivan was super accommodating and kept in touch with us as we found our way to the room. Check-in was easy and once again, Ivan was really welcoming with lots of helpful tips on how to get the most out of our visit to Zadar. The room itself was absolutely beautiful and really nicely decorated. The bathroom was awesome and the TV came with a great selection of channels to choose from. The aircon and minifridge were lifesavers and the shower was really good too. We highly recommend staying here, great value with superb customer service in a decent location. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, thank you! :)
  : The parking situation in Old Town Zadar is a total nightmare. We had a rental car and parking was quite a mission. GPS really didn’t help us much while trying to locate the property, let alone the on-site parking. We arrived in Zadar in the dark during a thunder and lightning storm which made it even harder to find the apartments as the area is not very well lit.We ended up parking about a 3min walk away and when we finally found the entrance we realised that the free parking area was in pretty rough shape - very crowded and had a lot of gravel and pot holes. Where we ended up parking turned out to be a decent spot but was pure luck.Other than the parking, the only other downsides were the mattress (could feel the springs) and the smell that would sometimes come from the bathroom drains. Despite all of this, we’d definitely stay here again! The room itself was worth it.

  : Ivan is extremely friendly. We told him via WhatsApp that we arrived and he came within seconds. The room was beautiful and there were water and little snacks provided.

  : Great location, right by the Sea Organ and other sights in the old town. Very comfortable bed, very nice bath and shower room. Beautifully decorated. Room was a little smaller than I anticipated from the photos but was perfectly comfortable.

  : The location is perfect, the room is big and well equipped. The bath is very good. You can park (10€/day) very close to the apartment.
  : The air conditioned doesnt work properly, so the room's temperature was not fresh enough. The noise of the refrigerator was a little anoying.
