  : Not made aware that we had to climb so many steps. This actually reflects on Booking.com They need to warn about all the properties in the old town. The room was like a prison as there were no outside views

  : Location was perfect, so close to the main part of the Old Town (down the steps) and Buza gate (up the stairs to the right) where you can easily get an Uber if you are going elsewhere. The room had a lot of character and was spotlessly clean. The shower was spacious and modern with three different settings, an overhead shower head and handheld. Beautiful view from the window and the air con worked well. There was also a kettle, fridge, plates and knives and forks which were useful to have.
  : We booked Deluxe Double Room which was number 6 on the top floor and unfortunately this wasnt a double bed, it was two slim single beds pushed together. The pillows were also very scratchy and more like decorative cushions than pillows. Other than that, not much to complain about! The only other thing we could have done with was a bit more/taller hanging space.

  : The location was very central and in a charming area of Dubrovnik
  : The room hadnt been fully cleaned and they werent honest about the bed in the room that was advertised. It is two small twin beds pushed together, not one full/queen bed as advertised. Be aware of this. Also, when I tried to communicate with Booking.com to help resolve this, they didnt respond at all and were not helpful at all.

  : The room was in a great location, situated in the middle of the old town. The boys who helped us check in were fantastic, they told us lots of great information about what to visit and what to avoid. The room was decorated beautifully and the shower was fantastic!!
  : Advanced warning that there are approximately 50 very steep steps up to the property which can be tricky to navigate with a case! There was also only one small window in our room which made the room feel quite small and dark.

  : The room was a great size; everything was clean. The aircon and wifi were excellent, can't fault the facilities.
  : The stairs leading to the apartments are about 100 stairs from the bottom, which is unavoidable in an old town like that but wouldn't be easy for elderly people.

  : The only thing that could be improved is a number next to the door because it's not easy to find via Google maps and it's not apparent which door opens onto the property. You'd better have your climbing legs on because the steps are many and very steep! Especially if you're carrying luggage. But that is part of the charm of Dubrovnik!
