  : Excellent location in the old town with an amazing view of St Lawrence Keep and The Old Town. The hosts were really nice. It was lovely to stay with people who have lived in Dubrovnik for a number of generations who told us something of the history. Would recommend.
  : Very minor comment but would be nice if shampoo was provided.

  : Great hosts and brilliant view of Dubrovnik from the apartment. host very friendly and lives in the building with his wife so is available to answer any queries.
  : Great location if you had any mobility issues could be challenging however this is the case with all of Dubrovnik old town

  : the owner, who lives on the ground floor and first floor, welcomed us personally and gave us some tips about the city. The appartement (on the second floor) is within the old city walls. Dubrovnik is very hilly with a lot of stairs so not convient for people who are not so mobile. The room has a magnificent view on the old town. And in (normally) at more quiet part of the city.
  : There was construction in the neighbourhood so there was a bit of noise (but this will be temporarily).

  : The apartment has a very nice view and we enjoyed it at every moment. The room might not feel very spacious, but big enough for me for a couple of nights of stay.The host Darija was very kind and gave us some good tips during check-in. Id love to stay again when I visit Dubrovnik again.
  : - There is no kitchen or microwave, but I was aware before the check in so it was okay- There was only one little bin in the toilet so it was a bit inconvenient- No shampoo/body soap

  : The owners were so kind and the apartment was clean.And more than anything,the location was perfect!!!
  : The last night we stayed,the hot water of the bath didn't work. Might be noisy at night if there are tourists drinking alcohol outside.The wall is thin.

  : Right in the old town so had easy access to all the restaurants and attractions. Owners made us feel very welcome and they were very friendly.
  : Lots of stairs in old Town Dubrovnik but I was expecting this. Don't take heavy luggage with you.

  : The owners/hosts Sobel & Darija were so lovely and very welcoming. Rooms Lavanda & Ruzmarin is very cute, well equipt with furniture, storage, facilities and clean. The view is absolutely amazing and although the location of the guesthouse is probably at the highest point of the town, the views make it all worth it! There are loads of lovely restaurants and bars to choose from close by and a walk away, lots going on in the evenings in the main town but very quiet near the accommodation which is a nice escape. We were there for my partners 30th Birthday and they had left a bottle of bubbly in our fridge to enjoy and celebrate whilst we were there.
  : As previously mentioned, the property is at the very top of the town located right next to Forte Minceta and the nearest entrance from outside of the wall is the Buza Gate (North City Entrance). This means to get down to the main street, it is a long walk down and a harder walk back up the hundreds of stairs. If you have a problem with stairs and hills, this is not the place to go. But so worth it for the view and lovely hosts.

  : Quiet, convenient old town location with fabulous view and welcoming, helpful hosts. So glad we chose Lavanda & Ruzmarin, an excellent start to our holiday. It was a pleasure to meet Darija & Slobo and we would happily return again.
  : You cannot avoid the steps in Dubrovnik but do make sure you come in by the Buza gate and your arrival will be much easier.
