  : the location was great and the hosts were great! The hosts did a great job making sure we got to the apartment and they had great communication.
  : the cat pee and feces was terrible! we could not use the patio because of the smell and it lingered inside. The house could use a good clean it felt a bit dirty. Wish I could write a better review since the hosts were so kind, but the stay was uncomfortable due to the smell and cleanliness of everything.

  : The properties location was fantastic. It was located in the old town, so expect a lot of steps to the property. The downstairs of the property had recently been renovated, and these rooms were airy and modern. The outside space was a lovely addition, the owners were friendly and able to give excellent local knowledge.
  : The room upstairs requires some modernisation, but the logistics of doing this in the old town are a significant and costly barrier for the owners. Despite this, the rooms are still pleasant and clean.

  : There was always a couple cats in the garden. This was fine and didnt cause an issue really but had to clear up their mess a bit. There is a hose on hand though to do this.

  : We stayed a family group of 9 people in Ivica's house on Oct. 15th. - 20th. 2023. The house fully lived up to our expectations and the description an pictures at Booking.com. The communication with Ivica by mail and sms was easy, and he always answeared quickly. Points that needed attention from him was taken care of soonest possible by his assistants. Even though breakfast was mensioned as a possibility in the describtion, there was no breakfast service. However, Ivica arranged that we could get catering from a nearby restaurant. As we found that too expensive, he instead put us in connection with a local chef and his wife whom we rented to come to the house and prepare breakfast for us each morning during our 5-days stay. It functioned very well and they prepared some delicious full breakfasts for us.
  : The house is very centrally located inside the walls of old town Dubrownik. However the street is not a normal street. It consists of rather steep stone steep. The climb form the main street to the house requires a good condition or severeal pauses on the way. It is not for disabled or weak persons.
