  : The food was very bad, the room was very hot, the drinking water was not good, you had to pay to be given water, the pool was dirty, the internet was bad, they charged me 20 euros more for staying 2 hours longer.

  : The staff were wery polite, very helpfull and they made us feel welcome. Our room was clean and tidy. In the restaurant there was always enough diverese food choices so we always have found something that we like and try some new things. The pool was clean and they had a lifeguard on duty. That made us very relax and let our kid play by the pool. Overall we had a very good experience, the staff were extremely polite and helpful - they helped and comply with all af our requests.
  : There is some place for improvement in front of the hotel, definitely they can rebuild volleyball court - it's not in a good state. We were visiting in low season, so there is a possibility that they will fix this after season. There were these two barmans that could smile a bit more to the customers, but understandably due to the long season they got tired. Although they were always polite and meet our demands. When we return to Kos, we will chose this hotel again.

  : The breakfast meals at the hotel were good. The employees were very helpful and smiling. It is a nice hotel for those who just want to have a pool holiday.
  : The beach where we entered the sea was a complete disappointment for me. For me, vacation means being able to swim in the sea. It was very difficult to use because the coast and the sea are very rocky. On the way out, I hit my toe on the rock and the pain went on for too long. The hotel could have built a pier into the sea so that it can be used comfortably in the sea for its customers. I do not recommend the hotel to people who like to swim like us.

  : Good beach area, good pool and amphitheatre.
  : The buffet has sacrificed quality for quantity -its fine and you will find stuff you like, but its not restaurant quality and might start to wear a bit on a lengthy stay. The room had a few basic things missing- no batteries in tv remote, lack of toiletries- but corrected quickly once I reported them to reception. The air con wasnt very powerful.
