  : The hotel is very nice and pictures. The la carte restaurant were very good and tasty.
  : The staff are very rude, we would ask for a drink and get tutted at and had ago at if we asked for any changes to the drinks. They were tasteless and to strong to enjoy. The buffet restaurant was awfull with the same foods most nights. All staff just asked with no care or consideration for us being paid guest. We had ants and spider nest all over the room and when we asked reception for something to be done they just sent a cleaner who swept them through our room to the front door. They were back in there within 20 mins. The pools were all freezing cold and they needed serious maintenance. The sun bed cushions were sticking and the floor was all broken up and sharp.

  : Super pools, main restaurant excellent. Lovely big family rooms. We had four nights at this resort & feel very relaxed almost feels like a week.
  : The themed la carte restaurants were poor. The bathroom has a curtained bath shower - very dated.

  : The beach was nice, the facilities were clean, and the staff were pleasant.
  : This was our second stay at a Mistsis propety, the first one being at the one in Crete. Overall, this facility did not meet our expecations for the price paid. Rooms were small, and the bathrroms were outdated.

  : Really loverly resort, fantastic facilities on the face of it and pleasant staff, it really is a nice place and having a doctor on site is fantastic.
  : 1. Queues for drinks are frustrating at times with 10-15 minute waits as routine, normally because bars are not adequately staffed for the volume of people using them.2. Poolside sun loungers are monopolised constantly from 0800-1800, theyre reserved with towels for hours and hours and hours! Even setting the alarm clock to try and beat the rush is not worth it and started to ruin the experience somewhat. The 1 hour rule that supposedly removes towels if occupants have not returned is not enforced and this was evident daily which just adds to the frustration. Essentially meaning youre walking around for sometimes over an hour trying to find a bed in hope someone removes their towels, before more often than not, settling for the beach instead.3. Then theres the bespoke poolside restaurants that must be pre booked, during our 7 day stay these were completely booked up for every single meal. Surly youd have thought that every guest should at least be given the opportunity to have at least one meal in a restaurant that isnt just the self service buffet that itself is overwhelmed at times.4. My last point, we are not alone on, as many people raised this including to reception during our stay. I was sold a family bungalow, when actually what I got was a standard double room with all the furniture squashed up and 2 small single folding beds added; between 4 people this was tight. It was not a family size room at all, and certainly not a bungalow as described - I was on the first floor of the block of rooms! If youre advertising a family room and a bungalow then provide it or explain what this actually means.In summary I dont think Ill be back as a first choice. Youd have to weigh up the benefit of great facilities that youll not be guaranteed to be able to use adequately during your stay. Staffing is an issue as is the volume of people likely because theyre over filling double rooms.

  : I have just come back from a 7 nights holiday and have been very happy with my stay at the resort. The food was varied and delicious, the private beach was beautiful and clean, the rooms and overall resort were well appointed and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The best part of the stay was the lovely staff - polite, helpful, so very hardworking and a pleasure to interact with. The conceirge was super helpful and helped us plan all our excursions. A special shout out to Alex, thank you! There were plenty of sun loungers both at the beach as well as the pools. There are lots of pools and the resort is very spread out, so we never felt crowded in. The golf buggies were always readily available if we chose not to walk. We really enjoyed the Pan-Asian restaurant and it was a highlight of our stay. The evening entertainement was also very enjoyable and we were spoilt for choice. I would also like to mention that I accidentally misplaced my handbag (containing cash, jewellery and valuables) and the staff found it and returned it back the next day with all the contents intact.
  : Some suggestions for improvement - 1. The aircon in our room was not very effective during the heatwave and we found it too hot to be in our room during the day. Please review options for more effective cooling. 2. As a vegan, I struggled to figure out which dish was suitable in the main buffet as there was no food label (Ve, V, G/F etc.). Please consider labelling the dishes in the main buffet. 3. We faced some housekeeping issues where toilet rolls, towels and toiletries were not replenished when they ran out. Howver, once we called the reception, they sent them over within 15 minutes.

  : First of all, the sea is amazing. It is nice and chilly, extremely clean with little to no wind. Generally guests are from UK so they are more interested in pools. Therefore, you can enjoy the beach and amazing sea generally with less crowd. I mean, in the morning at 9 am, there is no available sunbed near pools but at beach, almost 90% were empty. Also staff at reception are nice people. If you need to check out but your flight is at evening you can book late checkout beforehand. Upon availability, it might be cancelled but don't worry. Hotel provides you a room for 30 mins to take a shower or change. Very nice touch.
  : Lets face it. The food is only OK, not amazing. Generally either too oily or tasteless. (Some may say different but I consider myself a foodie.) Quality of plates and glasses are very low. I understand that you want to avoid broken glass everywhere but if you consider yourself as 5 star hotel, then invest in something more quality stuff rather than plastic glasses. And dear managers of hotel, if you read this, you need to seriously reconsider your facilities. The hotel is gigantic and yet there are only 2 poor guys working in beach bar so there is always a line. There is only one guy making crepes and there is always a line. You have to wait a long time everywhere if you want to get smth. like in main restaurant even in a la carte restaurant. Your facilities are not near enough to serve your guests! Also, you should not make your personnel work in the morning collecting towels and in the evening as a waiter at a la carte restaurant. Clearly every personnel looks tired, overwhelmed and constantly swearing and saying Greek "M-word" to each other. I believe hotel is making good money so they can hire more people.
