  : The smell was awful, the beds were broken, the mattresses were full of pee stains. When sleeping in the double beds you couldnt open the door. There was no reception where we couldve went with the problems and the people that answered the calls lied about not speaking English. Terrible stay

  : Where do I start! Communication was terrible first they didn't understand what we had ordered regarding bed linen and towels, I had sent my card details and passport information to gain access to the code for the key but a lack of communication at their end seems they didn't know I had done this and still insisted with the reverse side of my credit card! I had to ask why they would need this, to me this is unacceptable in no situation should anyone be asked for the CVC number. this was on the transfer bus 30 mins away from resort, we didn't even know if we could access the apartment. Access granted and on arrival to the room L6, the room was horrendously dirty. Dust, dirt and grime can only describe the state of the room, it was like walking into a disgusting nightmare of terror. The pictures proved when booked are a lie most definitely which is such a same as we paid a lot of money to stay in this cesspit. The room facilities didn't exactly stack up as there was no kettle, the bath had no shower head holder so we had to hold it to shower, the sink was blocked. The dust under my bunk bed and in the whole apartment made us wake up every morning bunged up like we had a cold. The door to the outside balcony didn't slide properly which was very difficult for my young friend to open to his cold bedroom. Just look at the electrics in the pictures provided. It is truly shocking how a company can get away with leaving such potential hazards, we could have been killed! I tried multiple times to contact the staff running this place to no avail. It was the worst experience I had had in 15 years of ski holidays. What a shame to put such a taint on the resort. I do not recommend this hotel/apartment facility and I would not trust the advertisement on this website. -10/10

  : three people in our party and a studio that sleeps six SHOULD have been perfect EXCEPT only two duvets ??? we paid for linen and towels for 3 people and were only provided for two. checkin was 4pm we arrived at 4.:30 to a dirty room and dirty linen - we slept in our car for the first night because they couldnt get the room serviced linen and towels didnt arrive until day three so we had to buy towels in resort the dining table had a massive gauge in it and huge splinter right down one side of the table top making it dangerous to use and unhygienic- this was not fixed all week.in a studio for 6 people there was one glass and 4 cups ??neither booking.com nor Le Serac have anyone on site to deal with these issues - customer services are remote and trying to get people onsite over the phone.For peak season you would expect better ? or peak season you would expect someone on site even if a sun contracted manager given we paid 100% upfront at the insistence of the property we had no leverage at all over the poor facilities and service - le Serac should be renamed less Ssrvice and Booking.com should be crooks.com

  : When arriving it was incredibly dirty, the bedding has marks and stains everywhere. There was a half drunk cup of tea, used bottles everywhere. There were lots of planks missing on the bed, making sleeping incredibly uncomfortable and near impossible. I emailed the property in the morning and have no communication - shocking!!

  : The scenery and location of the appartment
  : 1. The appartement was not cleaned when we arrived at 16:00 2. The sofa bed on the balcony is broken. The are a couple of planks missing. It is impossible the sleep with two persons on the bed. 3. The temperature on the balcony is at night very low. Because of that its impossible to sleep on the balcony. 4. The quality of the sofa bed in the living room is very bad. When two adults are on the bed the bottom of the bed bends and the two persons roll to each other. 5. There is no sac inside the vacuum cleaner, so it doesnt work properly and there is no broom or dustpan and brush in the appartement so we are unable to clean. This apartment is in a very poor condition and the extra room at the balcony is not suitable to sleep (too cold and the sofa bed if broken (see picture below)). Because of that, we slept with one family (two adults and two children) in the living room (on the floor). I doubt if it is allowed legally to make a sleeping room on the balcony of an appartment. And no sac for the vacuum cleaner when I asked you for it (this is not a very difficult demand, right????). Our baby of 15 months has been crowing on the floor so you can imagine how dirty this is.

  : designed nice, good location to reach the slopes and stay close to the parties. very good shower.
  : mattresses were awful. two foldable beds had an angle, and when they are open they block the door - so you have to fold them every night multiple times when someone wants to enter.sofa bed was broken, no help from staff, friends slept on the floor.we were missing two pillows and 2 blankets, and the management never gave them to us, claiming that the cleaning service said we had every thing. I slept frozen for every night, putting on thermal cloths and coat!!the management ignored my requests and my several attempts to get them.bad stay, way smaller than images, NOT RECOMMENDED!
