  : This is a very cute little apartment in a great location. Clean, modern, and some conveniences of home. Quite spacious. Really enjoyed it from our second night on. We were there a week.
  : Two beefs: the first is getting the keys. The site says check in is from 3-11, yet the property wanted to know exactly what time I would be arriving. This was hard to do because I was hiking the tour du Mont glance and was not able to make reservations for the bus until the day I finished the hike, which is 5e day I was checking into this apartment. I emailed immediately with my schedule but then could no longer check my emails as I was on the bus without wifi. I found this very stressful. And then when we got to the building, we had no way of contacting the greeter once we got there. Too much pressure on the client. The other thing that was very irritating was, like I said, I had just finished hiking for ten days, and on our first night, there wasnt any hot water!!!!!! Can you imagine 9 days of grit and sweat and you dont have hot water. I contacted our contact immediately and she said she would look into it. It wasnt until the next day that we had hot water. This was not a great introduction to the apartment.
