  : Terrace is great Unlimited cold drinking water - amazing Environmentally considerate Some of the staff were very nice Breakfast was nice
  : Room didn’t have air con despite saying it did. We had to move rooms. Some of the staff were very uncooperative and unhelpful. Decor is very of-putting and hallways are black - lights are on motion sensors so this just seems like a terrible combination. Our first room (14) was not nice- poorly decorated and close to the street so we had no privacy. We were then moved to room 61 which was much nicer. Seems unfair that the rooms are dramatically different quality for the same price? Only one key per room which can be super inconvenient. Looks a lot nicer online - probably wouldn’t stay again.

  : When we arrived there was a technical problem and we had been transferred to a different hotel , which was 4 stars around the corner. Price had been covered and there was no extra charge.
  : The hotel had tried to contact me but I had no missed calls on my phone.
