  : Comfortable location, close to metro and groceries in Boulogne. Also convenient that it was possible to manage check in and check out at times suitable for us. The kitchenette was equipped enough.
  : Our room was on the ground floor with windows facing inner yard which meant that there was no natural light as the curtains had to be pulled to keep privacy - there was a corridor opposite to windows. Also, the room was quite damp and towels did not dry out so we had to dry ourselves with damp towles after day 1.

  : The apartment is clean, the bed is comfortable and you have parking in front of the flat.
  : The location is far from the city center, the bathroom (toilet) is small, and they didn't have a hair dryer.

  : Disastrous experience. I booked a room in hotel so I wouldn't have to go to an apartment (airbnb for example) and have the services of a hotel. What came was absolutely shocking. I arrived in front of the hotel around 10:30pm and no one answered the phone, after 3 calls, someone picked up the phone and answered that they didn't speak English and hung up, thats it - no one call back till now. I read in the email that I had to enter the code to the front door after 8pm and I would find an envelope in my name at the front desk. In the envelope I only just learned that I don't have a room in hotel, but an apartment, which is not even in the building but about three quarters of a kilometer from the hotel. So I had to call a taxi in the evening to avoid lugging all my suitcases - another expense for taxi. So I ended up staying far away from the location I preferred, without the services of a hotel and basically in an overpriced AIRBNB apartment. In the evening it was impossible to find the entrance to the apartment and finally the neighbours told me that I had to open a steel door (a door like an electrical box - attached photo) to get into the apartment. Another thing I don't understand, when you pay for the hotel, the letter still said to throw away the trash after yourself, so I ask where is the hotel service if you have to take out the trash even for the price of the hotel? Had I known this, I would have booked an apartment on Airbnb right away and saved half the cost of accommodation and the taxi ride from the hotel to this "apartment". In conclusion I would like to say that I am certainly not trying to discredit the hotel, but just to warn others to be careful when booking the hotel. I would never have thought that if I book a hotel room on booking.com, I could get an apartment without hotel services. If I want this type of accommodation, I'm definitely going to go for a cheaper airbnb apartment.

  : Good location. Quiet. Spacious. Well decorated. David was vey accommodating, allowing us to leave our suitcases at the facility early so we could head to Roland Garros.
  : We didn't realise the apartment was in a different location from the hotel so that was a bit confusing. The taxi driver (organised by the hotel) who drove us to the apartment was not friendly at all. The apartment had a full kitchen but was missing some basics like s & p, a toaster, cooking oil.
