  : I specifically requested a quiet room when making my reservation and received a positive response accepting this request.I was given a room on the third floor next to a 4 lane highway! The noise was horrendous ! The windows were shut but clearly inadequate for the noisy situation of the hotel. Unable to sleep after two hours, i called the concierge who said that he wasn't able to reallocate my room. The next morning, I complained to the hotel manager, having not slept at all. Firstly, he told me that they had allocated that room because my reservation was for a twin room and the twin rooms were all situated on the road side of the building. (I was traveling alone and the choice of bed was not important however, i had specifically asked for a quiet room!). Secondly, that the night concierge was new and they'd speak with him as he could have honoured my request to change rooms. They changed my room for the second night and offered a complementary breakfast (worth 11€) to compensate for a whole night of insomnia!? The next day was ruined - it’s not the experience one expects for the price of the room.

  : Room was small, but that is common in Paris. It was neat and clean and good value for a one night stay. Great if you're going to an event at Seine Musicale, as it is walking distance and there are plenty of nice restaurants in the area
  : Room size might have been an issue for a longer stay, but fine for a few nights. Parking is right next to entrance but required staff to come out and open for us each time which is slightly inconvenient if you're in a hurry. Street Parking was easily available as an alternative though, and free on Sundays, and relatively safe.
