  : The person who was supposed to meet us was not available for some reason and I did not receive the instructions for getting into the unit in a timely way. After that, tho, communication was smooth

  : The Hotel And personnel was nice, also the closed location to the city center.
  : the room in the basement basically has no window, only an exit to a kind of skylight. the hotel advertises this area as a terrace and garden, which is not the case at all. So the room is really dark.

  : Only a few minutes walk to the St Jean train station and the tram stop so it was easy to get to the center of Bordeaux using the trams, although the trams were almost always full.
  : The bed was very small for 2 people to sleep (there was only 1 full size bed). I'm 6' tall and my feet were off the bed. Very uncomfortable. This maybe ok if you are a single traveler, but definitely not for 2 people. The apartment is on the ground floor and we could smell mold for a whole day after it rained a little. The shower didn't seem like it was cleaned and full of nasty mold in the grout. Stayed 4 nights and we were only provided with 2 small hand towels and 2 bath towels. We were told to wash/dry them ourselves. The washer in the apartment worked fine, but the drying function didn't seem to work and would not dry anything no matter what we tried.

  : Clean and quiet. They communicated well in advance and during stay. Front desk was friendly. Location was close to the train station and metro.
  : Shower drain was clogged and overflowed. Maintenance came and fixed later that day. Toilet seat was too small for toilet. Loose and uncomfortable.
