  : The place was clean & had all the facilities. But I was not very sure to use the entry to the place as it was an apartment. The helpdesk person in the evening was very helpful. I got the tips to visit the Museum cite du Vin & places to see around. It was extraordinary experience. Place is very convenient & 7-10 mins walk to the Gare. I will definitely recommend the place to friends & Family. Thank you.

  : Second building - apartments - not ok for the Brand Ibis.The entrance is dirty, need renovation, and smells bad.The room space is ok but bed is too small.Bad experience

  : As this is a 3* property it should be rated accordingly. The reception team were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. There is an on-site laundry facility which we used and was very satisfactory. There is a gym and a sauna, which we did not use but may be of interest to others perhaps. Lidl (supermarket) is les than 7 mins walk. Other local supermarkets i.e. Carrefour, are a bit further. Easy walking distance to Gare St Jean. The area was well lit and we (couple) felt safe walking at night. Possibly be more cautious as a single female through the park after dark though! A short walk will lead you to the river Garonne and you can easily walk along it and get very easy access to the old town. On this route, a lovely Italian restaurant is less than 10 mins walk - Bella Ciao. Great food and you sit in a square with a view of an old church, Eglise Saint Croix. Lovely for dinner as the sun sets!
  : This property met our expectations as a 3* However, I would agree with some other reviews that a blind or maybe a net / lace curtain for privacy would be nice, as the windows are large and if you draw the main curtain the room is dark. But this is a minor point and I was aware of this when I made the booking!
